Challenges

Why is using leather products a problem for the environment? Leather has become the most important co-product of the meat industry, not a by-product anymore. It shares responsibility for all the environmental destruction caused by the meat industry as well as the pollution caused by the toxins used in tanning.

How can we reduce the needs of leather goods in positive ways?
